New Track Spikes 2010 Can Glasses Affect My Running Speed?

Can glasses affect my running speed? - new track spikes 2010

Track season is coming soon and I want to know whether certain things you can use my speed to impact.

Note: I am a high school student and my time in the last report on a dirt road with no peak was 12.36 seconds January 14, 2010th

I measure 5'2 .5 and I weigh 100 pounds, this may be another factor in my time.

  1. Do not make a difference in speed. Some sprinters use in basic skills - if it makes a difference.

Look at that Google Images for sprinters - you'll see the kind of things they use, and which varies greatly. Talent end of the day is the most important prerequisite for a sprinter. One thing is you look at the edges of dirt - which could make a difference

  2. Hey,

Here's the truth. The glasses do not differ physically. However, I wear glasses and when to run and play sports, to position the nose sweating and lifting the arm up to my nose. If you and lead you to position, you lose the perfect pass and could, in fact, it costs precious seconds. I recommend searching for contacts, if you are planning your career seriously.

    Cheers,

  3. Perhaps a possibility, but they are more likely to lead to problems during the race.
For example, could fall, which would of course be a problem.
Drag a contact - which is more practical for sports:)
